forget about urban design/planning issue…I’m sure it’s not part of their cosdanerition, as what it appears in the site plan. For me the ideas is good in term of creative marketing approach..consider this: design is contemporary marketing gimmick, imagine, your estate is being designed by 100 architects around the world (chosen by world known star architect)… for sure they can sell the property with very good price!thus, it’s nothing to do with whether it will look good in urban composition or not, for it is not their goal.Meanings,community planning & spatial quality are no longer issue here…ORDOS 100 is a 1:1 showcase of 100 architects around the world to be bought by rich art collectors…enjoy.

if you looked at all at what was being built in ordos prior to this precjot i think you’d at least have to be happy that someone is inviting architects to come and create decent architecture. the site plan may be similar to american suburbia, but the fact that each site will have a unique building will (imo) create a far more diverse experience.prior developments there are row upon rows of teh exact same house. worse than the typical american sprawl.possibly the list could’ve been more comprehensive (there are only 100 and their are a lot of swiss architects on there for instance). but at the same time hdem are giving an opportunity to a lot of people that don’t typically have the chance to build.

Nunja, es mag ein wenig sagen wir mal une4sthetisch klingen, aber ich habe krtveiae Ideen nicht unter der Dusche, sondern auf dem Klo. Ist einfach so. Und das Beste: Da gibt es direkt Papier, um sie zu notieren sollte es zumindest . Also: Einen Stift an den Klopapierhalter he4ngen!Audferdem kann ich zwei weitere Punkte empfehlen:das Tagtre4umen und das Tre4umen.Beim Tagtre4umen kann ich herrlich die Gedanken schweifen lassen und finde oftmals ganz ungewollt die Lf6sung ffcr ein Problem, das mich in Beruf oder Freizeit que4lt.Beim Tre4umen hingegen habe ich schon die tollsten Klamotten entworfen. Nur, dass ich kein Mode-Designer bin. Trotzdem fallen mir ab und an auch ganz einfach im Schlaf Dinge ein, die mir Beruf oder Alltag erleichtern. Manchmal ist es auch einfach nur eine Sache, die ich tagsfcber vergessen habe, aber unbedingt noch erledigen will. Deshalb: Auch auf jeden Nachttisch ruhig einen Zettel und einen Stift legen. Und sei’s nur darum, den Partner oder die Kollegen am ne4chsten Tag mal mit der Kurzfassung eines irren Traums zu bele4stigen .
